UK Delivery

All MORGAN.M delivery orders in the UK are FREE, this is for standard UK delivery. All face mask, shirt & accessory orders are dispatched within 24 hours of your order being placed Mon-Fri and within 36 hours of your order being placed on Sat or Sun. Your order should be with you in three working days.

All Bag orders are dispatched within 48 Hours of your order being placed and should be Your order should be with you in three working days.

International Delivery

European shipping is priced at £4.99 per mask or accessory and £9.99 per bag or shirt. International shipping is priced at £9.99 per accessory and £14.99 per bag or shirt. If you have any questions feel free to get in touch here or via any of our social media pages and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

All mask, shirt and accessory orders will be dispatched within 24 hours Mon-Fri & within 36 hours Sat-Sun. All bag orders will be dispatched within 48 hours of your order being placed. Depending on your location, International delivery times may vary but we aim for your order to be with you within 5-7 working days from dispatch. 

MORGAN.M has a dedicated fulfilment team that works with exceptional care to ensure you receive your order quickly and to the high standards we set for ourselves. In the unlikely event that something has gone wrong please contact us first so we can solve the problem as quickly as possible.

Returns

Bag Returns 

Customers may return an order within 14 days of the order being placed. Orders must be returned with the original tags attached and with the packaging to MORGAN.M Limited, 19a Highwood Road, Uttoxeter, Staffordshire, ST14 8BQ. 

  1. When returning an item you first must email contact@morganm.co.uk titled 'Return' followed by your order number. Within the email you must confirm the courier used for your return, tracking details and date your item was returned.
  2. When returning an item or order you must use a form of tracked or recorded delivery where the contents of your return can be tracked to our address. This will minimize delays or problems with your refund.

Upon the return being received back at MORGAN.M an inspection of the item will be carried out before a refund is provided.
