Returns
Christmas Returns
For orders placed between the 6th Nov 2022 and 24th Dec 2022 your 14 day return period will begin on the 25th Dec 2022 in order to allow for Christmas gift returns. All other steps within the MORGAN.M returns policy below must be followed.
Bag Returns
Customers may return an order within 14 days of the order being placed. Orders must be returned with the original tags attached and with the packaging to MORGAN.M Returns, 19a Highwood Road, Uttoxeter, Staffordshire, ST14 8BQ.
- When returning an item you first must email contact@morganm.co.uk titled 'Return' followed by your order number. Within the email you must confirm the courier used for your return, tracking details and date your item was returned.
- When returning an item or order you must use a form of tracked or recorded delivery where the contents of your return can be tracked to our address. This will minimize delays or problems with your refund.
Upon the return being received back at MORGAN.M an inspection of the item will be carried out before a refund is provided.

Face Mask Returns
Due to hygiene reasons, we aren’t able to accept returns for any opened packages for face masks.
Face Masks
Upon receiving your MORGAN.M face mask, please wash your mask on a standard washing machine cycle of at least 60 degrees. We are unable to guarantee immunity risk of Corona Virus infection though wearing our masks. We only aim to reduce potential spread of the Corona Virus infection based on current UK government guidelines in relation to wearing face coverings on public transport and densely populated areas.
You are reminded to wash your face mask regularly, continue to follow the latest local government guidelines and help prevent the spread of Corona Virus by acting responsible at all times.
REFUNDS
